Mindfulness Seminars to Reduce Stress in the Workplace
CSE is offering a series of seminars to help our team adopt a mindful way to deal with the everyday stresses that occur in the workplace and really everywhere else.
Be in the moment…easy to say…difficult to practice. CSE will hold 2 seminars per week for 4 weeks, facilitated by licensed therapists. They will guide us through the process and the value of mindfulness, giving us tools that we can implement in all areas of our lives.
Employees are given the time to attend these seminars during their work day so it’s convenient for all to take advantage of this activity.
The value of reducing stress in the workplace has been shown to help eliminate mistakes, increase communication and awareness and foster greater appreciation for fellow team members.
